We can provide light facility maintenance (as an additional option of the service agreement) such as mounting white boards, replacing failed receptacles, fixing sink faucets, patching holes in walls, painting "dings", replacing light bulbs or even fixtures, and more etc. (When you need it fixed but, doesn't require an expensive contractor, we can provide the service instead.)


Garrott provides each client with online access to our work order system allowing them to enter work orders, receive notice as the live status changes (new, in progress, completed, etc.) and review previously finished work orders with narratives and documents/pictures attached.  Please follow the following links :
